It is a lanyard sublimation heat press machine that can print double-sided sublimation on ribbon. The majority of clients print double-sided. It can also be used for one-sided printing. A small percentage of clients print on only one side.

Clients can select the voltage required for the 21cm roller diameter calandra. If you do not have 3-phase electricity, you can use 220V 1-phase instead. If you have 3-phase power and believe the amperage is too large for a single phase, you can use it.

If the cost of 220V 3-phase power or 380V 3-phase power in your country is less than the cost of 220V 1 phase, you should go with the 3-phase power.

All voltages have the same price.

This lanyard sublimation roll machine is easier to use than the flat lanyard heat press machine. For every 100cm of transfer, the flat ribbon heat press must manually spin the ribbon and re-cut the 100cm long paper.

This machine can transfer a full roll of heat transfer sublimation paper and many rolls of lanyard at the same time. Because it is oil heating, the heat is uniform, and the sublimation result is ideal.

You may rapidly switch in two 15mm shafts to transfer 15mm lanyards without having to loosen and tighten the screws to accommodate the lanyards width.

The shafts are machined with multiple 15mm grooves.

Replace the 20mm ribbon shaft if you need to move 20mm wide lanyards.

If you need to print a variety of ribbon sizes, you can use three fixed sizes of metal rod and one adjustable size of metal rod.

The machine can be pneumatically inflated automatically. Essentially, every webbing must be pneumatically pressured to get the desired effect.

The machine has two air expansion shafts for winding waste sublimation paper and waste protection paper, respectively.

It must be inflated before usage, after which it will expand. At this point, simply loop the waste paper around the inflatable shaft, and it will wind itself up.

When you acquire an oversize roll, simply deflate it, and the air expansion shaft will retract to its original position, allowing you to remove the waste paper.

Q1：Is it oil heated?

A1: Yes, it is thermal oil heated.

Q2: Do I need an air compressor for the calandra?

A2: Yes, you need it. It has pneumatic pressure function and the air shafts need to be charged air.

Q3: How many meters per hour it can transfer?

A3: Sublimation speed is 35 to 50 meters per hour for every single lanyard. But you can sublimate a few pieces at the same time.

Q4: Why do I need the automatic pneumatic pressure function?

A4: It is perfect for thin ribbon. And with the pneumatic pressure, you can sublimate with higher speed.

Q5: How many pieces of ribbon can I sublimate at the same time for the 60cm drum width calandra?

A5: If you print single side ribbon with 25mm width, you can print 18 pcs. If double side, it will be 9pcs.

Q6: Is the drum surface chrome-plated or coated?

A6: The drum surface is chrome-plated.

Q7: What equipment and materials do I need for using this machine?

A7: You need a sublimation printer,  sublimation heat transfer papers, sublimation ink, lanyards and protective papers.
