Most clients are satisfied with the table's length of 1 meters, which is standard for this equipment. The printed substrates can be transported along the table's conveyor belt.
The 1200 mm drum width can accommodate the 1050 mm printing width. If the printing width is larger, other drum widths are conceivable.
After the oil has been refined, the air inside the drum is drained before it is sealed, preventing the oil from coming into touch with the air and extending the oil's lifespan.
Utilizing an air shaft, the gadget collects used sublimation paper. After air has been charged, used paper can be collected. When the used paper roll gets too big to fit inside the machine, just press the button on the air shaft to release air and remove the paper.
When the machine has been running for long time and the blanket gets loose from stretching, the two bearings that link to the roll can be shifted to the next position.
If fabric is like nylon or something thin, the "forcing" button can be hit to get more pressure.
Two small pallets on left side and right of the calendar is for putting tools.
Inverter panel is installed on the control panel together with the temperature controller and other buttons for easily setting speed of the drum.
Blanket tension can be set at the right side of the calandra.
