How do we do quality control for roll heat press?

It is common for clients to have a lot of questions when they purchase a roll heat press, particularly if it is their first one. The questions cover a range of topics, such as the size they must select, cost, features, delivery schedule, kind of package, volume of box, gross weight, quality, warranty, after-sale support, and more.

The two most crucial queries will concern quality and post-purchase support. For the quality control of rotary heat presses, we have done everything from raw materials to finished products.  Whether it's a shaft, a roller, or a frame, we choose thick and heavy materials for processing. After processing is completed, we will take measurements. For electrical accessories, we try to choose high-quality accessories suitable for the machine through our experience.

After measure the thickness of a drum, when we install the drum to the machine, we have to check carefully to make sure the drum surface is good.

After that, we can proceed with installing the electrical, blanket, and shaft components. The next step will be oil refinement and blanket curing; the entire process will take 24 hours.

By doing this, the oil's life will be prolonged and the air will be removed. It also makes the blanket last longer. We need to keep monitoring temperature during machine is preheating and cooling.  We must make sure that the drum's left, right, and central parts all have consistent temperatures. This will guarantee that there is no color variation in the sublimated products.

We must test the machine using a whole roll of fabric and an entire roll of sublimation paper after it is complete. This is to guarantee that clients won't experience wrinkle issues.

After the transfer is completed, we need to take the fabric to a well-lit place and check carefully to ensure that the transferred fabric has no color difference and no crepe.

In addition, from the beginning of refining the machine to the process of testing the machine, we need to carefully observe whether the accessories are operating normally and listen carefully for any abnormal noises. If so, we need to find out the problem and replace the parts.
