Features
If the sublimation printing roll width is 1.65 meter, the 1.8 m drum width is suitable. It has to be 3-phase power because the drum diameter is 420mm and power is big. The table length can be customized. Regular size is 2 m and 3 m. The 2 m is the most popular one.
When the machine is used for a long time, the heating tube may be damaged. If the heating tube leaks, the machine cannot be started after pressing the start button, because the machine is equipped with a leakage protection switch, which will automatically trip.
The automatic blanket alignment system makes use of a motor, photoelectric switches, a belt, etc. The motor will move the roller and center the blanket after receiving a signal from the photoelectric switch when it goes to one side.
Because the blanket's circle is long enough and the motor can accomplish it automatically, the blanket may completely separate from the drum.
The user can spin the hand wheel on the machine's back side to detach the blanket from the drum if the power unexpectedly cuts out.
It has 2 shafts for loading sublimation paper. When one roll is run out, the user can replace it with new roll at once.
In order to ensure the heat dissipation of electrical components, in addition to installing fans at multiple locations on the machine, the top and door of the chassis are densely covered with many small holes.
