A: Normally it takes about 20-30 days to produce calendar heat press, 10-15 days to produce touch screen swing away heat press, 15-20 days to produce other flat heat presses, 30 days to produce automatic pretreatment machine for DTG. Please check with us to see if we have prepared materials for the machine you need. If we have ready materials, it will take less time.

Q: What type of packages will be used for the machines?
A: Flat pneumatic heat press, electric heat press, pretreatment machine, roll heat press ,etc. all are packed by plywood cases.

Q: Can you recommend a heat press machine for me?
A: Yes, surely we can. We would like to know the product you will make.

Q: Can you recommend a forwarder to me?
A: Yes, for most countries, we can recommend you a forwarder.

Q: Do I need to install a heat press when I receive it?
A: Only the touch screen fully automatic heat press comes with an entire set. Other machines need to be installed when they are received. For the flat pneumatic heat press, just need to install the stand. As for rotary heat press, you need to install the worktable. We can provide a user manual.

Q: Do I need to cure the blanket of the calandra when I receive it?

A: It is not necessary because we have done it here.

A: Sublimation temperature for most fabrics is 160-220℃. For the small calandra, it should be 160-190℃. For big calandra, it should be 190-220℃. The substrates thickness, drum speed and pressure affects it.

Q: How many sizes of roller heat transfer machine you have?

A: We have 120cm to 320cm drum width. Customized size is acceptable.

Q: How many diameters do you have for the roll heat transfer printing machine?

A：We have 21cm, 32cm, 42cm, 60cm, 80cm, etc. drum diameters.

Q: Can I use a roll heat press machine if I don't have 3-phase power?

A: Yes, the 21cm drum diameter can be 220V 1 phase.
