PTFE Teflon Sheet for Heat Press Transfer

Features

Glass fiber is used to create a Teflon sheet, which is then woven in a plain, twill, or satin weave. Using a special technique, the sheet is then fully engraved multiple times, covered in premium Teflon resin, and created in a range of thicknesses and widths of extreme temperatures varnished cloth. 

It has a wide range of applications, including sealing machines, bag making machines, high frequency bonding machines, heat press machines, etc.

It typically comes in roll widths of 100 and 120 cm. The length might vary, ranging from 10 to 20 to 50 meters. It can be cut into pieces if necessary, such as 40x50cm, 40x60cm, 60x80cm, etc.

PET film or heat transfer paper are typically covered with this type of Teflon cloth. It can prevent stains from occurring on the machine's hot plate.

It has a steady quality, a long working life, is resistant to deformation and aging, and can be used continuously in the -70°C to -260°C range.

Another way is to cut one of its directions to be 20cm larger than the heating plate. For example, the machine heating plate is 40x60cm, then the size of the high-temperature cloth is 40x80cm. Then sew the two sides of 80cm into a position where the small iron rod can be inserted. The purpose of this is to use a spring to lift it up. This way it can be wrapped around the heating plate.
