This 210mm roller diameter, 1200mm roller width calender heat press doesn't require you have the 3-phase power. Using it instead of a large flat heat press can help you save electricity costs while increasing production.
This calandra has a pressure roll that is connected to an air cylinder. When the "forcing" button is pressed, the roll will be moved by the air cylinders on the left and right sides to make greater contact with the blanket.
After some time passes, the blanket's circumference will get longer. If the blanket is too loose, the roll can be changed to the following position to make it tighter.
It is a regular version calendar. So it has an automatic blanket alignment system.
