Why do we make the functions of the 210 mm drum diameter calandra same as the 420 mm drum diameter? We made it because our customer required it. It has complete functions for easier running. For example, the textile basket solved his problem of getting through the fabric roll into metal rod with difficulty. Just need to put it into the basket.

What is automatic pneumatic pressure? Automatic pneumatic pressure means that when you hit the button "Forcing", it will activate the air cylinders of both left side and right side to move the pressure roll. If you need to sublimate low-weight textile, the button needs to be turned on. Before you use the function, you need to connect with an air compressor and set the air filter pressure gauge to be displayed about 3-4 kg. And if it is not enough, you can turn the black knob on the right side control panel to set the blanket pressure bigger. 

Blanket circumference is able to be set well when the blanket becomes too long. 

The motor with speed reducer is able to get the blanket moved forward and backward. It will stop moving when it is in correct position because of the front and back limit switches.

When the sublimated fabric comes out, it can be passed through the meter counter to have the meters reading, then be collected up.

When power goes off suddenly and temperature is over 100℃, the user can turn the hand wheel at the back side to separate the blanket from the drum.
