The current of the 420mm diameter calendar roll sublimation is much lower than the speed of the 600mm diameter, which is acceptable to most factories with three-phase electricity. Compared with 600mm and 800mm, it is more popular. Most customers use it to transfer printing sportswear, flags, banners and so on.

There are multiple buttons on the panel, corresponding to different functions. For example, the "start" button, the button "drum forward and reverse", the "blanket enter" button, the "pressure" button, and the "stop" button. The "blanket enter" button controls the motor to make the blanket go forward. The stop button controls the motor to make the blanket move backwards. The pressure button is to control the cylinders on the left and right sides of the chassis to drive the pressure shaft.

The purpose of the leakage protection switch is that it will trip automatically when any electric component leaks electricity. So it can make sure the safety of operator.

The smoke exhaust system can help to remove part of the oil fume, because when the transfer paper pattern is transferred to the fabric, the high temperature transfer will cause the smoke to be generated.

Temperature, speed, and pressure can all be adjusted according to different substrates. For substrates with different thicknesses, you can choose whether to turn on the pressurized cylinders.

After pressing the automatic shutdown button, wait for the machine to cool down to 90 degrees, then it will shut down directly.
