This textile oil sublimation calender has a 320mm diameter drum. The most common sizes for it would be 180cm and 200cm. Voltage can be 220V 3 phase and 380V 3 phase. It has a similar structure with the 210mm-drum-diameter machine. But it is more advanced. It is similar to the 210mm diameter calander in that it uses the same structure to adjust the length of the blanket. Also, it uses an air-expanding shaft to wind up the transferred fabric at the back of the machine.
Small door to protect electrical components: Some electrical components are installed on the small door to keep out dust and heat, and a fan is installed on the top of the door, which are to extend the life of the electrical components.
Automatic blanket movement: A motor is used to automatically control the forward and backward motion of the blanket. Push the "Blanket feed in" button to make it move forward, and push the "Stop" button to make it move backward. In the event of a power outage, the wheel can be manually cranked to make the blanket move backward and separate from the drum.
Air shafts for take-up: This sublimation calandra has total 3 air shafts. One is used for used sublimation take-up, one is used for used protective paper take-up and the another one is used for printed fabric taked-up.
Automatic pneumatic pressure: Unlike most suppliers' machines, it uses automatic pneumatic pressurization. Press "Pressure" on the touch screen to control the in and out of the air cylinders.
Compact design: The working table length for placing glass is 1.5m, total length of the machine after installation is 3.1m.

A1: If the printing width is 1,6 m, you can choose the 1,8 m drum width.
A2: Sublimation speed is 80 to 100 meters per hour.
A3: We use the chrome-plated drum. It is more durable, anti-stretching, etc.
A4: Air shaft means it will be inflatable after you charge air for it. Use the air expansion to secure down paper tube instead of screws.
