The drum width can be 3.2m and 3.4m to be suitable for different customers' need. For the 3.2m drum width, it is suitable for 3.05m printing width. For the 3.4m drum width, it is suitable for 3.25m printing width. As for the drum diameter, it can be 420mm , 500mm and 600mm. If the voltage is 220V 3 phase, please check if your factory can run so big amperage.

Opening roller: The opening roll helps open the wrinkles on the fabric and provide a smooth entry, which can ensure you of sublimation result. It is not only suitable for polyester fabric, but also suitable for polyester with spandex.

Main motor option: The main motor has options that included regular motor and servo motor. If it is servo motor, it allows you to set speed super slow and super-fast. It is ideal for both sublimation heat transfer and color fixation.

Enlarge diameter rollers: Every single rollers of this machine has bigger diameter, which is not only to prevent from deforming in the future, but also to make sure no wrinkles on paper and fabric.

Thicker drum wall: The drum wall is thicker than other smaller sizes and other supplier's drum wall. The drum is the most important part of the machine. If the drum has any problem, it will bring big trouble to customer, which is not allowed to happen.

Enlarged motors: Power of all the motors are enlarged to ensure stable running of the machine.

Heavy-duty basket: It has a heavy-duty fabric basket for heavy roll fabric , so that the operators don't need to get fabric through the metal rod.

With long bench: This roll to roll heat press machine is equipped with a long bench so that the operator can step on it to facilitate loading and unloading paper.
