Usually, the large format heat press uses pressure and heat to press and transfer an ink pattern onto a substrate such as metal, neoprene, t-shirt. It is widely used for procedures like sublimation printing, vinyl heat transfers, DTF transfers, etc. in the textile printing industries. The machine is ideal for producing high-quality, mass-produced goods because of its large work surface, excellent temperature control, and adjustable pressure.

The heating plate glides upward while the bottom plate does not in order to prevent the T-shirt from shifting and to get a good transfer effect.

An air compressor must be connected in order to manage the rise and fall of the heating plate in a pneumatic system.

You must pull up the air filter pressure gauge in order to change the pressure. After that, adjust the pressure to the desired level. Make sure the pressure is adjusted for the substrates. Usually, they need three to four kilograms.

You can choose one of the voltages you need:  220V single-phase, 220V 3-phase, and 380V 3-phase voltage. We advise going three-phase if your shop has three-phase power because, with the 9KW of power, the current would be quite high if it was 220V single-phase.

As it comes already assembled, operating this machine is a fairly simple task for the user. Without taking any parts out, the complete set is put into the plywood case.

The user can select the preferred language to access the running page by looking at the Chinese, English, and Spanish languages displayed on the touch panel.
