Features

The purpose of designing this textile sublimation calender is to save space. The cutting piece is transferred to the back of the machine instead of the front of the workbench. In addition, the total length of the workbench is only 1.118m. If you include the textile basket placed on the ground, it is only 1.46m.

Compact design: The total length of the conventional calander  sublimation (including the main machine and workbench) is 3.94m, while the total length of this machine is 2.25m.

Safety design: Pull-cord switch and stop button, and circuit breaker. Pull cord switch and stop button allows the operator to get the blanket separated from the drum when there is emergency. Circuit breaker makes sure the machine will trip if there is leakage or overload.

Multiple choice: If fabric roll doesn't have a paper tube, the machine can come with a textile basket. If operator needs quicker changing the papers, it can come with more air shafts. If paper tube diameter is not 3 inches, the air shaft or the ordinary shaft can be made for 2 inches diameter paper tube.

Easy rewinding: Printed fabric can be taken up by the rod at the back side of the calander.

Easy operation: Fabric rod can be removed when the machine is used for roll paper to cut pieces and operator can stand in front of the machine to put cut pieces.

Simple monitoring: The voltmeter under the control panel allows you to see the voltage and power consumption.

FAQ:

A1: If the printing width is 1,6 m, you can choose the 1,8 m drum width.

A2: Sublimation speed is 80 to 100 meters per hour.

A3: We use the chrome-plated drum. It is more durable, anti-stretching, etc.

A4: Air shaft means it will be inflatable after you charge air for it. Use the air expansion to secure down paper tube instead of screws.
