This pretreatment heat press machine is available in 16x20 inches and 16x24 inches. It can greatly improve the working efficiency. Just one staff is enough to operate the machine. If you also have DTF business, you can disable the spray and drying, just regard it is a heat press machine for DTF transfers.

Put the t-shirts on the lower platens can spray them flat for spraying evenly. It has “delay turning on spray pump" and "delay turning on the spray valve" to make it spray evenly.

Special pump and electromagnetic valve are applied to this machine for making sure the spray width.

After spraying and drying, the heat press can make it flatten, no need to scrape it flat manually.

Pressure range of the heat press is 0-8kg. It can be adjusted by pulling up the air filter pressure gauge and turn it.

When the "stop" is pressed, it will stop after all stations complete one rotation.

Drying temperature, heat press temperature, drying time and heat press time all are able to be adjusted on the PLC display.
