28 Liters thermal oil is filled into the calendar heat transfer machine 210x1700mm. When temperature is high, it is full. So that it can ensure you of even heating. Oil was refined here to eliminate air out from the drum for no color difference while printing.

The 2 air shafts increase the price of the calander, but it is really easier for used paper roll removing. Press the button on the expansion shaft to release the air inside, its diameter will become smaller, and the used roll paper can be easily pulled out.

Use the speed reducer and a square composed of two axes (one movable axis and one fixed axis) to adjust the textile roll tension to make sure it is flatten before feeding in.

The top big hand wheel is for separating the blanket from drum. The blanket must be separated during a power outage and when the machine is at high temperature.

Circuit breaker is included because it is important for the safety of operator.

It boasts an automated blanket alignment system despite being a small drum calendar. There is no need to be concerned if the blanket moves to the side at a rapid pace.
