This ribbon heat press machine is mainly used for sublimation lanyard for medal, ID badge card, water bottle, etc. Not only it can sublimate single side, but also double side. According to the width of lanyard, it can sublimate different pieces of lanyard.

Our ribbon calandra heat press machine can transfer any width of ribbon, for example, common sizes, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 50mm, etc. Each size comes with two quick-change ribbon shafts for precise alignment. If you need to sublimate many different sizes, then we suggest you to order one more set of adjustable size of rod. The grams of the lanyards have low and high. For lanyards with lower weight, you need to press the "Forcing" button to turn on the pressurization function. The air cylinders which connect to the pressure roll will push the roll to contact the blanket.

The hand wheel at the feed port can adjust the left and right movement of the lanyards to align with the sublimated pattern. The 2 hand wheels on the left and right on the top of the machine can adjust the tension of lanyards.

The calender uses two air-expanding shafts to collect waste sublimation paper and waste protective paper.

The operation is simple and convenient, the safety factor is high, and the failure rate is extremely low. The temperature of this calandra for sublimating lanyard is 165 to 200℃. It takes roughly 40 min. to get the temperature heated up for sublimation.

Q1：Is it oil heated?

A1: Yes, it is thermal oil heated.

Q2: Do I need an air compressor for the calandra?

A2: Yes, you need it. It has pneumatic pressure function and the air shafts need to be charged air.

Q3: How many meters per hour it can transfer?

A3: Sublimation speed is 80 to 100 meters per hour for every single lanyard. But you can sublimate a few pieces at the same time.

Q4: Why do I need the automatic pneumatic pressure function?

A4: It is perfect for thin ribbon. And with the pneumatic pressure, you can sublimate with higher speed.

Q5: How many pieces of ribbon can I sublimate at the same time?

A5: If you print single side ribbon with 25mm width, you can print 18 pcs. If double side, it will be 9pcs.

Q6: How wide paper roll can I put?

A6: 500mm wide.
