Features

The circuit breaker will automatically trip if the machine has electricity leakage problem. It is for the safety of the operator.

The “forcing” ( pneumatic pressure) can be turned on and turned off according to the substrates. If koozies , curtain fabric, etc. are sublimated, it should be off. If the nylon fabric is sublimated, it should be on.

The torque limiter is for adjusting the tension of sublimation paper after it get through to the air shaft. When you pull it to the table, it should be adjusted to get the best result.

2 air shafts help you quickly remove used sublimation paper roll and used protective paper roll. The rolling heat press has a nozzle for air that can be used to expand the air expansion shaft. Simply press the button on the air expansion shaft to deflate if necessary.

No bad sublimation printing result, the vacuum oil temperature system of the exhausted refined oil is used to ensure uniform heating of the entire drum.And due to the automatic felt correction system，it will automatically adjust to the center of the calendar if it goes to the oil tank side or the control panel side.
