Its heating method is oil heating. 
Voltage is available in 220V 3 phase and 380V 3 phase.
The cylinder drum diameter is 320mm and width is 2000mm. Other drum diameters and drum widths are available.

Features

Optional table length. The total table length of the machine on the picture is 3.775 m, it can be longer or shorter. Generally, a longer workbench is chosen because most of the time the cut pieces are transferred. If a shorter workbench is chosen, it is generally because most of the time the transfer is roll-to-roll.

Optional configurations. Whether it is a calandra heat press machine with a drum diameter of 210mm, 320mm, 420mm, 600mm or 800mm, they have a variety of configurations to choose from. Such as fume extractor, take-up system for printed fabric, textile basket, touch screen, etc.

Standard functions. If the customer does not make special requirements, our machines will have automatic blanket correction by default. Except for the 210 mm diameter, all other diameter machines have automatic felt feeding and automatic felt removing.

Lifting ears. We installed lifting lugs on the calandras because we were worried that some customers would need to lift the machine to the second or third floor.

Heavy-duty design. All calendars use materials that are thick enough and heavy enough to ensure that they can adapt to continuous non-stop running.

Adjustable tightness. Whether it is protective paper, sublimation paper, or fabric, the tightness can be adjusted.

Optional qusntity of air shafts. It comes with 2 air shafts and 3 ordinary shafts. Changing ordinary shafts to air shafts will cost extra.

About maintenance. The machine needs to be lubricated and dusted regularly every month to ensure that the machine can run normally.
