Why this fabric basket is needed?

Some fabrics don't have a cardboard core, so you can place them directly into the fabric basket.

Some fabrics do have a cardboard core.But if the core is deformed when you receive it and making it difficult to thread onto the metal shaft, you can also place it directly into the basket. After placing the fabric in the basket, the baffles on both sides can be slid to the appropriate position and then tightened to prevent the fabric from moving from side to side.

Simply placing the fabric directly into it shortens the fabric loading time and improves efficiency during the sublimation transfer process.

Of course, the fabric basket also comes with a fabric shaft, so you can thread the fabric onto the shaft if you prefer.

The textile basket is made of thick, heavy-duty material, ensuring it won't easily deform during transport. It is also painted, making it resistant to rust.

The basket width is made according to the roll heat press machine width. For example, if the drum width of the roll calander heat press machine is 2.0m, then it will be the same size for putting maximum 2.0m wide fabric.

If it is ordered together with the machine, it will be disassembled and packed into the same wooden crate as the machine. If it is ordered separately, it will be packed individually into a separate wooden crate.
