Unlike other models, this heat press electric machine uses a servo motor electric push rod, which does not need to be connected to an air compressor. At the same time, it can automatically adjust the stroke height according to the thickness of the substrate without manual adjustment. Therefore, it is suitable for transferring substrates of different thicknesses, and its pressure is very high, so whether it is a metal plate, cloth, or other substrate, the transfer effect can be ensured.

The left and right workstations' infrared positioning functions can be activated by the operator by plugging the infrared positioning plug into the machine's socket while performing DTF thermal transfer.Depending on their personal operating preferences, users can select between the touch screen's manual and fully automatic modes. It can move left and right, press down and up automatically when in fully autonomous mode. In manual mode, the machine head must be moved left or right by the operator by clicking on the touch screen. The machine head will automatically descend when it is in position and rise automatically when the countdown is over.

A fan is installed on the back of the machine to help dissipate heat from the electrical components and extend the life of the electrical components.

In order to lower noise and enhance pressure while also more intelligently adjusting the pressing stroke based on substrate thickness, PLC touch screens, servo motor push rod drives, and other electrical devices are utilized.

You can stop the machine in an emergency by pushing any of the emergency stop buttons on the left or right side of the device. To resume working, hit the touch screen's "back to origin" after resetting the emergency stop button.
