For factories with high production demands of textile sublimation printing, an 800mm diameter machine is clearly insufficient. Therefore, this 1000mm diameter roll-to-roll transfer machine is undoubtedly the best choice.

It is an industrial-grade, high-speed, labor-saving machine with extremely high transfer quality. By "labor-saving," we mean that it only requires one operator.

Full Oil-Filled Drum: Typically features 100% oil-filled when it is at a high temperature to make sure the entire drum heats up evenly. Since heat transfer oil expands, we must declare that it is at a high temperature. The double-layered roller and thickened roller walls are designed for superior heat insulation and to ensure long-term durability and prevent deformation.

A thin roller is highly likely to deform under prolonged exposure to high temperatures (around 200℃ for heat transfer).

Temperature Stability: A dedicated thermocouple metal slip ring connects to the copper ring and roller, ensuring precise transmission of temperature signals. This guarantees normal machine operation and safe production, maintains stable temperatures, and reduces downtime caused by machine maintenance. Unlike some machines without thermocouple slip rings or those using inexpensive thermocouple slip rings, which often experience erratic temperature fluctuations.

Automatic Blanket Tension Control System:  Equipped with a high-precision tensile and compressive weight sensor, it accurately measures pressure and gravity, allowing blanket tension to be adjusted via the touchscreen, eliminating the need for manual adjustment. Even pressure and accurate pressure setting can prevent paper from wrinkling.

Pneumatic Pressure System: The unit features three pressure rollers, with the pressure at each end of every roller controlled by two pneumatic cylinders. Via the touchscreen interface—specifically the "Pressure 1," "Pressure 2," and "Pressure 3" controls—users can selectively engage any single roller or all of them simultaneously to accommodate the varying pressure requirements of different fabrics during the transfer process.

Safety Features: Emergency stop buttons are installed on both the left and right sides of the front and the left and right sides of the back of the machine. A pull rope switch is installed at the fabric feeding position of the roller. In case of any emergency, the operator can press any emergency stop switch or pull the rope to make the blanket move backward, which makes sure the safety of operator and the blanket.

Touch Screen Control:  Easy setting for temperature, speed, blanket tension, power, etc.

For example, if you need 200℃, 500meters per hour, 250KG blanket tension, 100% power, you just input these numbers to the touchscreen.

High-quality Heat Transfer Printing: This machine is equipped with 5 high quality air shafts: one for loading sublimation paper, one for taking up used sublimation paper, one for loading protective paper, one for taking up used protective paper, and one for taking up printed fabric. Compared to ordinary shafts, air shafts ensure smoother feeding and winding, and are more convenient to use; simply inflate to secure the paper tube and deflate to remove it.

The opening roller helps open the wrinkles on the fabric and provides a smooth entry. After the fabric is transferred, a row of fans cools the fabric before it is rolled up to ensure that there is no ghosting and that it does not deform when rolled up.
