Why are the prices of roll heat press different?

Why is it that when a customer asks for the pricing of a roll heat press without specifying any sizes, we are unable to respond to them right away?

Because the two most significant variables influencing the pricing are the drum width and diameter. First, we would inquire about the required printing width. So that we are aware of the required drum width. Knowing that, we must inquire as to the required sublimation speed，in order to assist them in selecting the drum diameter.

The other factors which affect the price of a calendar heat press as below:

1) Different configurations, such as with a fume exhaust system, with a take-up system for printed fabric, with a textile basket, with 3-5 pieces of air shaft. With more options, price will be higher. Table length for 420mm-800mm drum diameter calandra doesn't affect price.

2) Greater blanket circumference results from a larger drum diameter, and greater blanket width results from a larger drum width, both of which raise the cost of the blanket.

3) The diameter is bigger, the components will need bigger, such as main motor, small motors for paper take-up, etc.

4) The drum diameter and the drum width are bigger, the more heat transfer oil will need to be filled into the drum. 

5) If the drum width is extremely big, the blanket drive shaft, blanket tensioning shaft, blanket pressure shaft, etc. all need to use larger diameter shafts.

Why our prices are higher than some calender heat presses from other suppliers?

In same diameter and same width, our prices are higher. The reasons we know as below:

1) We use pretty heavy-duty frame, drum, shafts, etc. 

2) We use higher quality components. For example, the cost of rotor flange conductive slip ring that is connected to the big slip ring is 25 times that of plastic slip ring. It is to make sure the temperature is continuously stable.

3) The basic standard functions are different. We have the automatic blanket alignment and automatic pneumatic pressure functions for all drum diameters calandra. We have automatic blanket feeding in and separation function for 320mm, 420mm, 600mm and 800mm drum diameter rotary heat presses.

4) We have 2 shafts for sublimation paper loading for 320mm, 420mm, 600mm and 800mm drum diameter calandras.

5) We have lifting lugs for 320mm-800mm diameters roll heat transfer machines.
