Why do we build a new automatic DTG pretreatment machine?

Before printing t-shirts, the pretreatment liquid is applied to t-shirts. This helps the ink stick to the fabric and produces prints that are brighter and more colorful. We make this machine because it can greatly improve the working efficiency for those factories which make DTG printing on t-shirts. 

This rotary machine combines pretreatment machine, heat press and flash dryer. So before printing by a DTG printer, an operator can finish all the steps by this machine. Platen size can be 16x20 inches and 16x24 inches. It has 5 stations : Loading, pretreating, drying, heat pressing and unloading. To save pretreatment liquid, a spray nozzle is used throughout the pretreatment process. Spray start position and end position are able to be setting on the touch panel. It goes to the drying stage after pretreating. The dryer's six heating elements are managed by six buttons. Not every heating element needs to be on in a limited preparation area. Following pretreating, it will be placed in a heat press. Because it combines heat pressing and drying, drying times can be shortened. To ensure that the t-shirt can be flattened and that the printing will come out perfectly, use a heat press.
