How long does a heat press machine take to heat up?

If it is a manual heat press machine 38x38cm, 40x50cm or 40x60cm, then most of the power is between 1.8KW and 2.5KW. If the machine voltage is 120V, the power will generally be smaller to ensure that the current is smaller.

If it is a 40x50cm or 40x60cm pneumatic or electric heat press, the voltage is basically 220V, so the power is also allowed to be 3.5KW. This can ensure rapid heating and reduce waiting time, and because it is an automatic machine, in order to improve work efficiency, and ensure that the temperature of the heating plate can rise quickly after each hot pressing to ensure continuous operation.

For large-format heat presses, the power will increase due to the increase in the heating plate. If it is 60x80cm, it is usually 6KW power to ensure that it can be heated to the temperature required for sublimation in about 20 minutes.

For a roller heat transfer machine with a drum diameter of 420mm, it usually takes 50 minutes to reach 210°C.

If it is a machine with a drum diameter of 210mm, since it usually only requires 165-190°C to ensure the transfer effect, it generally only takes about 40 minutes to heat up to the required temperature.
