Why calander heat press needs automatic pressure function?

Usually, most of the 21cm (8 inches) roller diameter heat transfer machines seen on the market do not have button pneumatic pressurization function. It has no impact on most customers who make sublimation sportswear.

The regular version of our 210mm diameter roller heat transfer printing machine has automatic pneumatic pressurization function. Because some customers are more than just sublimation sportswear, their products may involve nylon, flags or other very thin fabrics, so using the automatic pneumatic pressurization function can ensure perfect transfer results at normal transfer speeds.

Customers can choose whether to turn on the pressurization function according to the substrate type. 

What is automatic pneumatic pressure function?

The automatic pneumatic pressurizing system includes a button, two cylinders and a pressurizing shaft. In the case of oil temperature machines of the same diameter, when transferring the same kind of substrate and using the same temperature, a machine with automatic pneumatic pressure can use a faster speed to achieve the same sublimation printing result.

Of course, if you are transferring some very thick substrates like neoprene, the pressure cannot be turned on because it will cause the substrate to be squashed.

For large-diameter calender heat press machines, we use a double pressure system, which allows faster transfer speeds at the same temperature.

Calander heat transfer machine with dual pressure systems can also be used for bonding.

Therefore, calandra sublimation machine with pneumatic pressurization need to be connected to a small air compressor of about 750W and 30L capacity to supply air to the machine.

If the customer wants the price to be lower, then we can remove the automatic blanket correction system, but we do not recommend removing the automatic pneumatic pressurization system. Because of it, the machine can be adapted to a wider range of product types.

However, for customers who have just entered the dye-sublimation industry and have insufficient budget, and only sublimation sportswear, it is completely useless to use a machine without an automatic blanket correction system and an automatic pressure system.

Our basic 210mm diameter calandra removes these two systems and still uses the same materials and electrical components to ensure good operation and long-term stability of the machine.
