Features

For some customers, using a manual flat heat press to sublimate lanyards is too slow, so they choose an automatic ribbon sublimation calender. The heat press with a drum diameter of 210mm is much faster than the manual model. It can also use 220V single-phase electricity and the power is only 6KW. Improve efficiency while saving electricity bills.

Users can choose to transfer one side or two sides. If they need to transfer two sides, they only need to flip the ribbons to the other side and enter the drum again.

The two ribbon rods at the feeding position can be replaced according to the width of the ribbons required to be transferred.

There is a hand wheel on the right side of the ribbon feed shaft, which can adjust the ribbon to the left or right according to the sublimation paper pattern.

The calandra has two air shafts, one for collecting used sublimation paper and the other one for collecting used protective paper.

Usually most ribbons need to press the "forcing" button to turn on the pressure function. And by using pressure, at the same temperature, the speed can be accelerated to obtain the same transfer effect.

Q1：Is it oil heated?

A1: Yes, it is thermal oil heated.

Q2: Do I need an air compressor for the calandra?

A2: Yes, you need it. It has pneumatic pressure function and the air shafts need to be charged air.

Q3: How many meters per hour it can transfer?

A3: Sublimation speed is 35 to 50 meters per hour for every single lanyard. But you can sublimate a few pieces at the same time.

Q4: Why do I need the automatic pneumatic pressure function?

A4: It is perfect for thin ribbon. And with the pneumatic pressure, you can sublimate with higher speed.

Q5: What is air shaft?

A5: Air shaft means it will be inflatable after you charge air for it. Use the air expansion to secure down paper tube instead of screws.

Q6: Can it be 220V 1 phase?

A6: Yes, it can.
