The cylinders on the left and right sides of the pressurization shaft are controlled by pressurization buttons, which we call automatic pressurization. When transferring low-weight fabrics, just press the “forcing” button to start pressurization to ensure the transfer effect. When transferring thick fabrics, such as cup sleeves, there is no need to hit it.

If you need to increase the overall pressure, you can adjust the air pressure valve.

With the textile basket, you don't need to confirm whether the cloth has a paper tube when ordering the textiles. Regardless of whether the fabric has a tube or not, it can be placed directly into the basket, saving time and effort. For fabrics with paper tubes, the paper tubes are also often deformed due to transportation problems, and it will be difficult to pass through the shaft.

With the double-roller fabric receiving system, you only need to put a paper tube between the two rollers, pass the transferred fabric through the fabric counter and then through the middle of the two rollers, and then the whole roll of fabric can be easily collected. How many meters are transferred can be seen in real time.

The machine is equipped with an independent motor, a reducer, and limit switches to control the automatic forward and backward of the blanket.

Press the "blanket enter" button to move forward automatically, and press " stop" button to move backward automatically.
