Features

The machine has a drum that is 21 cm (8 inches) in diameter and 60 cm (24 inches) wide. It has a 6KW output. There are three voltages available, as follows: 380V three phase, 220V single phase, and 220V three phase. Roll ribbon sublimation is the major application for it. Transferring is possible for both single-sided double-sided lanyards

With the easy feeding system: The two positioned ribbon rods can be quickly replaced. The standard configuration of the machine is 4 sets of ribbon shafts of different sizes. Such as 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm. If you are transferring multiple sizes, then you can choose from 3 main sizes as fixed slot webbing spools and another set of adjustable width ribbon spools. Of course, you can also choose 4 sets of fixed-size lanyard shafts, and then buy another set of adjustable-size ribbon shafts.

If the ribbon is a little off, you can adjust the alignment with the sublimation paper by turning the hand wheel on the right.

The small air cylinders on the left and right sides are used to compress the paper. If it is made of nylon or some very thin webbing, you need to turn on the pressurization function to ensure the transfer effect.

If you sublimate one side and the ribbon width is 2cm, then you can transfer 22 ribbons at one time, and if it is double-sided, you can transfer 11 ribbons at one time.

When the ribbon is printed from one side to the other side, the ribbon will become loose, so it can be adjusted through the two hand wheels on the top of the machine.

Q1：Is it oil heated?

A1: Yes, it is thermal oil heated.

Q2: Do I need an air compressor for the calandra?

A2: Yes, you need it. It has pneumatic pressure function and the air shafts need to be charged air.

Q3: How many meters per hour it can transfer?

A3: Sublimation speed is 35 to 50 meters per hour for every single lanyard. But you can sublimate a few pieces at the same time.

Q4: Why do I need the automatic pneumatic pressure function?

A4: It is perfect for thin ribbon. And with the pneumatic pressure, you can sublimate with higher speed.

Q5: How many pieces of ribbon can I sublimate at the same time?

A5: If you print single side ribbon with 25mm width, you can print 18 pcs. If double side, it will be 9pcs.

Q6: Can it be 220V 1 phase?

A6: Yes, it can. 

Q7: Can the drum width over than 600mm?

A7: Yes, it can be 800mm, 900mm ,etc. if it is needed.

Q8: Is the drum surface chrome-plated or coated?

A8: The drum surface is chrome-plated. It can be teflon-coated if it is needed.
