This machine is an improved version of the standard control sublimation calendar unit. A PLC touch screen for simpler temperature, speed, etc. setup. If an issue arises, alarm information will be displayed on the touch screen. Spanish, English, and Chinese are all available on the screen for the operator to select from, making it more accessible for those whose first language is any of those two.

In the future, if any heating element burns out and causes electricity leakage, or the leakage caused by other electrical appliances of the machine, it will automatically trip as soon as the machine is started. The safety of the user is guaranteed, and it is also convenient to monitor problems.

Simple and easy to adjust the circumference of the blanket. When the blanket is used for a long time, it will generally become loose, which will affect the transfer effect. You can move the blanket shaft connected to the left and right bearings to the next position to make the blanket tighter.

There is a cylinder on the left and right sides of the machine connected to the pressurizing shaft. If the fabric needs to be pressurized, just hit the "pressure" by the touch screen.

Sealed evacuated drum can prevent air contacting the thermal oil inside the drum. This prolongs the life of the heat transfer oil. Avoids the trouble caused by frequent oil changes to users
