Features

This heat press calander for ribbons uses a heated drum with thermal oil inside to transfer heat onto the lanyard ribbon rolls. This ensures uniform and consistent heat distribution. It is equipped with a temperature control system that allows you to set and maintain the desired heat level for efficient heat transfer.


Easy Feeding System: The machine is equipped with two positioned lanyard rods that can be quickly replaced, making it convenient for different sizes of lanyards printing. Such as 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, etc. Sizes can be customized.  It can come with one set of adjustable size of rod , too. This feature allows for versatility, accommodating various widths of ribbon rolls


Independent Motors: The machine is designed with independent motors for used sublimation paper take-up and used protective paper take-up. This ensures smooth and efficient handling of the paper waste during the printing process.


Tension Adjustment: Hand wheels are located on the top of the machine, allowing you to easily adjust the tension of the lanyards. This feature is particularly useful when flipping the lanyards to the other side for sublimation printing, ensuring optimal printing results.


Adjustable pressure: It has an adjustable pressure system that enables you to control the pressure applied during the heat transfer process. This feature ensures proper bonding between the ink and the ribbon material.


Simple operation: The digital button control panel is for precise temperature setting and allows you to adjust the rotation speed of the drum based on the specific requirements of the ribbon material or printing process.


Drum forward and reverse Function: The machine offers a drum forward and reverse function. This feature enables you to control the direction of the drum’s rotation, providing flexibility in the printing process and allowing for reversing the lanyards and exiting hem from the drum if there is any emergency happens.

Q1Is it oil heated?

A1: Yes, it is thermal oil heated.

 

Q2: Do I need an air compressor for the calandra?

A2: Yes, you need it. It has pneumatic pressure function and the air shafts need to be charged air.

 

Q3: How many meters per hour it can transfer?

A3: Sublimation speed of the 420mm drum diameter is 80 to 100 meters per hour for every single lanyard. 

 

Q4: Can it sublimate double sided?

A4: Yes, it can.


Q5: What is air shaft?

A5: Air shaft means it will be inflatable after you charge air for it. Use the air expansion to secure down paper tube instead of screws.

 

Q6: Can it be 220V 1 phase?

A6: No, it can not. Only the 210mm drum diameter can be 220V 1 phase. Other drum diameters have to be 3-phase power.
