Features
This thermo press machine is ideal for printing flags, home textiles, curtains, apparels for sports, etc. If you already had 210mm drum diameter calandra and want to increase the transfer printing speed, and you have 3-phase power, then you can consider to buy this 420mm cylinder heat press.
The machine has the independent motor for controlling the blanket movement. When the "blanket enter" button is pushed it can control the blanket move forward. If the "stop" button is pushed, it can control the blanket move backwards.
It uses the motor, photoelectric switches, belt, etc. for the automatic blanket alignment system. When the blanket moves to a side, it will give a message to the motor and the motor will control the roller move and get the blanket centered.
It has 2 shafts for the sublimation paper. So the operator can prepare the other paper roll and replace it at once when it is run out.
It also has the independent motor for the used paper take-up.
The circuit breaker is for the safety of the user in case the electricity leakage in the future, it will automatically trip.
The blanket can totally separate from the drum.
