Features

This pretreatment drying heat press machine is mainly provided to factories that have printers for direct to garment printing. Before printing to garments, there are processes of pretreating, drying and heat pressing. Pretreatment liquid can make the ink color better when printed on clothes. In addition, heat pressing after drying can make the clothes flatten and the printing effect will be better.

The machine has a fully automatic mode and a foot-operated mode, and the modes can be switched on the touch screen according to needs. The spray flow can be adjusted according to the dark and light color of the clothes.

The heating plate and all bottom plates are wrapped with high-temperature anti-stick cloth and are easy to clean.

The spray start and end positions can be set on the touch screen to determine the spray range.

The treatment liquid is collected in a plate beneath the base plate of the spray station, which is covered by a box to stop it from spraying onto the floor.

You can change the distance between the dryer and the bottom plate if you require the heating components to be closer to the T-shirt.

Spraying, drying and heat press can all be controlled individually.

The flash dryer includes 6 heating tubes, each of which is independently controlled by a button. You can choose to turn on 2 or 3 of them while spraying a small area in order to conserve energy.
