This textile calandar heat press has a pneumatic pressure function. When you sublimate low gram fabric including nylon, flag fabric, etc., you need to hit the “forcing” button. When you sublimate high-gram fabric or thick substrate like neoprene, about 1-2mm or more, just keep the pneumatic pressure off. 

Depending on the sublimation printing substrates, the drum temperature and drum speed can be changed. The sublimation temperature for a 210mm calandra is typically set between 160 degrees and 200 degrees, and the speed is set between 10 and 25 Hz.

The machine's maximum temperature should be adjusted to 250 degrees because the flash point of heat transfer oil is between 260 and 270 degrees.

The chrome-plated drum is utilized to enhance the sublimated colors, which is what the majority of clients’ desire.

Additional features of the calandra include automatic deviation correction, automatic shutdown, etc. The roller sublimation calander will begin to cool down when you hit the button "automatic shutdown", and when it reaches a temperature of 90 degrees, the drum will stop running and the machine will totally shut off automatically.

With a simple and user-friendly torque limiter, you may effortlessly change the sublimation paper shaft's tension.
