Customized rotary heat press

Since the customer uses the rotary heat press for cup sleeve sublimation printing, they are very small substrates, so in order to prevent the conveyor belt from sliding down after transferring the transferred substrate to the slope conveyor belt behind the machine, we used a bulge every 40 cm teeth, and extend the slope, making the triangular arc smaller.

In addition, the reason why this calendar heat press has a slope is so that users can collect materials while standing without having to squat down. It is very convenient for customers other than Asia.

It can be 42cm and 60cm drum diameter. Whether it is a 42cm or 60cm roller, they are double-layer rollers. After the machine is assembled, high-temperature heat transfer oil will be filled to the roller, and then the air will be exhausted and the high-temperature valve will be locked to prevent air from contacting the oil.

The purpose of this is to ensure that the transferred color is uniform and the color difference is eliminated, and it can greatly extend the life of the oil.

The difference between 42cm and 60cm diameter machines with the same width lies in price and speed. Other configurations are the same.

They all have automatic blanket correction, automatic blanket feed in and separation, the blanket can be completely separated from the roller, automatic cooling shutdown, independent paper take-up motor, silicone conveyor belt and slope conveyor belt are controlled by independent motors, etc.
