We are an exhibitor of APPP EXPO 2024

The biggest printing show in China, Shanghai APPP EXPO 2024, is what we will be attending. At the show, you can view the latest products and the technology in digital textile printing, substrates and materials, inkjet printing industrial applications, heat transfer equipment, digital printing equipment, signs and digital signage, etc. in the exhibition.

We are an exhibitor, and our display will include a brand-new roll heat press machine. Our objective is to save time and money while assisting clients in operating their machines in an easier and simpler manner. We are aware that some customers have encountered issues with sublimation ghosting, uneven color printing, fabric stretching, and winking of paper and fabric, among other things. Ghosting in sublimation is associated with the tension, pressure, and paper separation employed in the blanket. There are numerous potential causes of paper and fabric wrinkles, including pressure, blankets, roller deformation, drum deformation, and other factors. Uneven color printing is caused by the blanket tension, oil heating problem, etc. Fabric stretching normally is happening on the polyester with spandex or any elastic fabric. For the roll to roll calendar heat press, it is very important to have the opening roll to prevent this problem.

To prevent issues, we included a few extra elements or components and used sturdy materials when designing our calendar heat presses. We have an automated blanket alignment system, which eliminates the need for human blanket deviation adjustments, saving time. Our technology automatically enters and separates blankets. The user can move the blanket forward in the morning by pressing the "blanket enter" button, and backward in the evening by pressing the "stop" button. It will require around sixty seconds to completely detach the blanket from the drum. There's no need to wait for it to cool. 

Additionally, the "pressure switch" can be pulled to engage air cilinders, which will move the pressure roll and press the blanket if the substrates require higher pressure. The machine's most notable feature is the textile basket. Users of the metal rod reported that certain paper tubes containing fabric rolls were distorted and had trouble passing through the rod. The fabric roll can be placed straight into the textile basket if the machine has one. The loading of the sublimation paper has two shafts. In order to properly prepare the other roll, one roll must be operating. The other roll can be changed immediately after the first one runs out.
