Introduction to 8 main features of our roll heat press

 The roller heat transfer machine has the following functions to make it more convenient for users to operate and to ensure that the transfer effect will not cause wrinkles, ghosting, color differences, etc.


1. Automatic blanket alignment: This feature ensures that the blanket is properly aligned with the drum of the heat transfer machine. It helps to ensure that the paper or fabric being transferred maintains a consistent and even contact with the heat source, resulting in a high-quality transfer without crease or color problem.

2. Automatic blanket moving: This characteristic allows the blanket to move automatically. It can be controlled by the motor or through manual input. The automatic movement eliminates the need for the user to check whether the blanket is in place. After the daily work is completed, the user only needs to press the emergency stop button to separate the blanket from the drum. It not only eliminates the fatigue of manually separating the blanket, but also saves the time of waiting for the roller to cool down.

3. Automatic shutdown: After pressing the automatic shutdown button, the drum will stop rotating when the temperature drops to 90 degrees, and then automatically shut down.

4. Automatic pneumatic pressure: Pneumatic pressure refers to the air pressure used to apply even and consistent pressure on the transfer process. The automatic pneumatic pressure system consists of two cylinders, a pressurizing shaft and a control button, which ensures that the pressure applied to the substrate (such as fabric or paper) is controlled and maintained at the desired level throughout the heat transfer process. This helps to ensure a uniform and high-quality sublimation printing result.

5. Air shaft: An air shaft is a component of the roll heat press machine that holds and supports the roll of paper or fabric during the transfer process. It utilizes compressed air to expand and secure the core of the roll, providing stability and preventing slippage or misalignment during operation. The air shaft makes it easier to load and unload rolls and ensures smooth and consistent feeding of the substrate during the transfer process.

6. Fume exhaust system: During the heat transfer process, fumes may be generated from the sublimation ink or other materials used. A fume exhaust system is incorporated into the heat transfer machine to remove and ventilate these fumes to ensure a safe working environment and prevent any potential health hazards or unpleasant odors.

7. Take-up system for printed fabric: After the transfer process is completed, the printed fabric needs to be collected properly. The sublimated fabric is rolled up by two rollers rotating in different directions, allowing for easy and efficient handling and preventing any possible damage or contamination to the finished prints.

8. Textile basket: A textile basket is a storage area built into the machine where the unprinted fabric can be placed. It provides a convenient space within the machine to load fabric without the need for passing through the fabric roll to the metal rod. Some cores may be deformed due to transportation problems, so it is difficult for the metal rod to pass through the core. With the fabric basket, it is suitable for fabrics with and without paper tubes.
