Our pneumatic heat presses typically run at 220V with a power of 3.5KW. Due to the high power, the heating plate is thick enough, and the heat preservation effect is good enough. As a result, the temperature often drops by two degrees after the heating plate presses a T-shirt, and it then swiftly climbs back to the desired temperature.
Generally, we set it to 160 degrees and 15 seconds if it is utilized for DTF. Usually, we set it to 200 degrees and 30 seconds or 210 degrees and 25 seconds if sublimation is being done.
The above two applications are based on the setting pressure of 4kg.
If it is our shaking head heat press, because its pressure is greater than upper-sliding heat press, then if it is doing sublimation, it only takes about 200 degrees and 22 seconds.
We use an enlarged cylinder for this machine.
If the substrate is changed, the transfer temperature and time will also need to be changed.
